I'm writing to complain about a quality problem of a seatpost in one of my orders.
I used it normally for about a month,ride occasionally, no jumps and no crashes, its clamp( the one holding the rails of saddle) is severly deformed and there is obvious crack on it.
How can i get a refund or a new product?
