Who said you can always read Chinese on foreign computers?

I wrote a lot to you but when I press OK it said "error", so I decide to write you nothing any more.Any way I am now in Naples, 220 km from my destination the great Rome.I have been stayed here in Italy for 14 days and find no computer can read Chinese, let alone to type Chinese.

字库的那个什么数据，编码不一样吧。

Maybe in roma ,the WINDOWS XP have no chinese fonts.I think you can download a soft,like "njstar".Or you can try:In ie explorer press right botton on the mouse.And press "E",choose automatic...
