MTB也是一样, 站立摇车时很多人都会犯这个毛病. 其实看国外的片 比如DS 4X类的比赛 仔细观察你都会发现, 车手们都是直着腰的, 假如你平时做一下试验, 分别体会这2种姿态的发力, 会明显感觉 所谓正确的姿势 很爽!</p>
